Paper Moon Services supports small, medium and large nonprofits secure grant funding for projects that contribute to social justice, human dignity, and creative expression among marginalized populations. We work to develop sustainability, either through coaching, strategic planning, fundraising and grant writing, content creation or nonprofit administration.

Grant Writing
We approach grant writing collaboratively and openly. Each grant that comes from your organization should speak with energy to your mission and in your own words. Grant writing consulting entails creating copy for everything from winning proposals, to thank you letters, reporting templates, program descriptions, budget narratives and everything in between so you have the tools you need to easily and effortlessly apply for grants. Additional services include grant research and planning.

Grant Readiness
Small organizations may choose to write grants in house, but have no idea where to start. Grant readiness prepares you for successfully writing grants, letters of inquiry, Requests for Proposals, in addition to preparing reporting standards, assembling necessary information, and fundraising communications.

Development Coaching
We support organizations in creating or growing their development through grant writing, donor management, and sponsorship opportunities. Through strategic planning, development assessments, or goal setting we’re flexible helping you gorw.

Rebekah brings a background in content marketing, branding, and communication expertise to Paper Moon Services. With an MBA in Sustainability Leadership, she helps nonprofits craft clear, compelling messaging that amplifies their impact. Rebekah’s expertise lies in building strategic communications that connect organizations with the right audiences and drive meaningful engagement.
Adelaide Gadde, Founder
Adelaide is nonprofit strategist dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and impact. With a background in coaching, strategic planning, and capacity building, she partners with nonprofits to turn vision into actions, leading with justice and focusing on reducing burnout.
Her work centers equity, sustainability, and human focused data to make improvements without overload. Adelaide holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and a Master of Art in Curatorial Studies from the University of Louisville. She has spent years consulting government groups across the world before focusing on justice and advocacy work at home.
